Handmade Nature of Our Jewellery
All pieces are handmade and may contain small variations, marks, textures, or irregularities. These are part of the handmade nature of the jewellery and are not considered faults.
Product photographs are taken as accurately as possible, but colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings and lighting.
Orders
Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where necessary, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock issues.
If we cancel your order after payment has been taken, you will receive a full refund.
Custom & Commission Orders
Custom-made, personalised, and commission pieces are created specifically for you.
Because of this, these items are non-refundable unless faulty or not as described.
We may require approval of designs, sizing, or specifications before work begins.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£).
Prices may change at any time without notice.
Payment must be received in full before items are dispatched.
Hallmarking
Where required by UK law, items will be hallmarked in accordance with the Hallmarking Act 1973.
Some smaller items may legally be exempt from hallmarking due to weight limits.
Shipping
We aim to dispatch ready-made items within 10 working days.
Made-to-order and commission items may take longer. Estimated turnaround times will be provided where possible.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to postal delays outside our control.
Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery details are correct.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel is delayed or missing, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, strikes, or events outside our control.

Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected by these Terms & Conditions.
Jewellery Care
Sterling silver and fine silver naturally tarnish over time.
Jewellery should be handled with care and kept away from moisture, perfumes, lotions, chemicals, and abrasive surfaces.
Damage caused by accidental damage, improper storage, misuse, or normal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing fault.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item ordered.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your legal rights as a consumer.
Intellectual Property
All designs, photographs, branding, logos, and website content remain the property of Glittering Magpie and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

Shipping Policy
Processing Times
Ready-made items are usually dispatched within 5 working days.
Made-to-order and commission pieces may take longer. Estimated production times will be communicated during ordering.
UK Shipping
Orders are shipped using tracked postal services where possible.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary during busy periods.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
We cannot be responsible for parcels sent to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Lost Parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us.
Claims for lost parcels may require a waiting period in line with the courier’s policies before replacements or refunds can be issued.
