Our Products

All jewellery is handmade by us using sterling silver and fine silver. As each piece is made by hand, there may be slight natural variations between items: this is part of what makes your piece unique.

Many of our items are made to order. Current making times are 5 to 10 working days. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the stated making time.

Ordering

By placing an order through our website, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a parent or guardian
• The personal information you provide is accurate and complete
• You are authorised to use the payment method provided

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, for example in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraud. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

Payment

Payment is taken in full at the time of ordering. We accept payment via the methods shown at checkout.

Delivery

We ship to UK addresses only. Delivery rates and estimated timescales are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
