At Glittering Magpie, we ship all orders from the UK. As every piece is handmade, please allow a little extra time for your order to be lovingly prepared before it's on its way to you.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to UK addresses only.
Shipping Options & Rates
- Standard Shipping — £4.99 (estimated 3–5 working days)
- Express Shipping — £6.99 (estimated 1–2 working days)
- Free Standard Shipping on all orders over £50
Shipping times are estimated from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. As our pieces are made to order, please allow additional time for your item to be prepared before dispatch: current making times are 5 to 10 working days.
Order Processing
Orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order is on its way.
Tracking
Where possible, orders are sent via a tracked service. Your tracking details will be included in your dispatch confirmation email.
Delays
Whilst we do our best to dispatch promptly, delivery times are provided by Royal Mail and courier services and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service, customs, or circumstances outside our control.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us at glitteringmagpie@gmail.com and we will do our best to help.
